Thanks for visiting the site to learn more about the Four Zone Equity Driven Professional Learning Model (4ZEPL). Katie Lewis and I (Angela Novak) have been working on this professional learning model for about 10 years, from conceptualization to research to writing to more research to more writing! Please email us to inquire about conducting professional learning for your school, district, or state. We are available to conduct in-person, online, or blended professional learning sessions.
